Back to basics: a room for small changes, everyday?

Going back to basics like switching off lights in unoccupied rooms can go a long way in the reduction of fossil fuel effects on the environment, especially if 49m people do it consistently. This is a South African government initiative to educate both old and the many new users of electricity.
