CSR and Ecological Sustainability – the right way

Emerging markets such as China, Korea and India are increasing in their overall income level and therefore capacity to own a car. With this increase comes a higher level of fuel consumption and in overpopulated countries there has been subsequent problems with parking, traffic and road works.

Some companies are taking initiatives to reduce fuel consumption by aiding in the location of parking in high traffic areas. This is one such initiative.

CSR and ecological sustainability can go hand in glove when companies think not only of their bottom line but the good of the environment around them and the sustained future of the planet on which we live. Often the bad examples are seen in the media when companies green wash or are not socially responsible. This is one of the good ones!
